Storyfi

Storyfi brings company planning and creative production into one agent-driven workspace. A Core agent holds objectives and delegates to specialists organized by office, with configurable autonomy and human approval for paid actions. The content engine carries a short brief through scriptwriting, visual direction, recurring character and location references, scene generation, word-timed narration, and final video assembly. Every output remains editable, and a team can regenerate one scene, translate the narration, export a finished cut, and schedule distribution from the same workspace. A recorded production run turned a four-word brief into a 45-second story with seven scenes and five character/location references, at $1.02 in AI spend and about ten minutes of active production time. That example excludes a 27-hour pause and is one recorded run, not a promised turnaround or price. Optygate built the orchestration engine, Studio editor, backend, and self-hosted rendering infrastructure powering the Stories on Aqasis.

The Challenge

A complete cinematic Story requires many dependent decisions: a coherent script, recognizable characters across scenes, imagery matched to narration, accurate timing, and reliable rendering. Coordinating multiple AI providers adds latency, partial failures, and variable costs. The platform needed to automate this production chain while preserving editorial control, recover completed work after interruptions, and let company agents act within explicit authority and spending limits.

Our Solution

Optygate built a persistent dependency graph that runs independent production tasks concurrently, retries failed steps, and preserves completed outputs for later recovery and editing. An AI director creates character and location reference sheets before scene generation so the visual identity carries through the story. Word-level narration timing determines scene cuts and caption cues, while self-hosted Remotion assembles clean video and captioned exports. The Studio supports individual asset regeneration, multilingual production, and social scheduling. Above it, the Core-agent workspace connects objectives, specialist delegation, and office-level autonomy with visible costs and approval gates, so operators retain control over consequential actions.
