Features a complete booking workflow (Production → Project → Booking → Assignment), invoicing and payment ledger system, public shareable galleries for casting directors, real-time notifications, and secure document management with AWS S3 integration.
Casting agencies struggled with fragmented systems for managing talent profiles, coordinating bookings across multiple productions, and tracking complex financial transactions including commissions, taxes, and fees. Manual processes led to scheduling conflicts, missed communications, and accounting errors.
Optygate contributed to the backend development and handled all cloud infrastructure, implementing AWS services for file storage (S3), transactional emails (SES), push notifications (SNS), and database hosting (RDS), ensuring scalable and secure deployment with Docker containerization.
